Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, employment, admissions, career-placement, or other regulated professional advice.
Educational strategies, career-exploration approaches, communication techniques, examples, and other information presented on the Site may not be appropriate for every individual or circumstance. Users are responsible for evaluating information in light of their own circumstances and, when appropriate, consulting parents, educators, counselors, employers, qualified professionals, or other appropriate advisers.
7. No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences and results necessarily vary.
We do not guarantee that use of the Site, the book, educational materials, suggested approaches, sample communications, or other content will result in a meeting, mentorship, internship, employment opportunity, admission decision, professional relationship, career outcome, or any other particular result.
8. Communications and Sample Materials
The Site may provide examples of emails, messages, questions, assignments, outreach techniques, or other communications.
Such materials are illustrative. Users are responsible for adapting them appropriately, communicating truthfully, respecting the boundaries and privacy of others, complying with applicable school, employer, organizational, and legal requirements, and exercising sound judgment in real-world interactions.
9. Student Safety and Appropriate Adult Involvement
Students should exercise appropriate caution when communicating or meeting with individuals they do not already know.
Depending on a student’s age and circumstances, appropriate involvement by a parent, legal guardian, educator, school, or other responsible adult may be advisable or required.
Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as encouraging a student to disregard family rules, school policies, organizational requirements, safety procedures, or applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, retailers, platforms, organizations, publications, social-media services, or other resources.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
11. Purchases from Third-Party Retailers
Books or other products referenced on the Site may be offered for purchase through independent retailers, distributors, or other third-party platforms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of transaction, any purchase made through a third-party platform is a transaction between you and that third party and is subject to that third party’s prices, taxes, shipping terms, return policies, privacy policies, terms of use, and other conditions.
12. Speaking and Other Inquiries
Submitting a speaking, media, partnership, educational, or other inquiry through the Site does not create a contract, obligation, agency relationship, partnership, or commitment by either party.
Any speaking engagement or other commercial arrangement is subject to separate agreement on applicable terms.
13. Accuracy and Availability
We endeavor to provide useful and accurate information, but information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated material.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROSENMAN EDUCATIONAL PUBLISHING, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AUTHORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR USE OF THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us to the extent such an obligation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes our practices concerning personal information.
18. Copyright Concerns
We respect intellectual-property rights.

19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Revised Terms will apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless otherwise required by law.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, any judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Minnesota, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any protection afforded by applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and, if necessary, severed, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
22. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular feature or service, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Site.
